Bridge International Corp. resolved at its Board of Directors meeting held on 21 June ,2023, to acquire an additional 90% stake in TK International Sdn. Bhd. ("TK International"), and to change its company name to "BRIDGE International Asia Sdn Bhd".

The market environment surrounding the "Inside Sales Business" is witnessing the accelerated digital transformation (DX) of corporate sales departments in various companies. There is an increasing demand for solutions related to digital marketing, which involves creating and managing customer touchpoints, as well as content production. The 100% subsidiary acquisition of TK International by Bridge International Corp. aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the solutions provided by Bridge International from the following perspectives:

1. Securing digital marketing talent essential for supporting corporate sales' digital transformation (DX).
2. Securing an offshore base for the development of CRM systems centered around Salesforce.
3. Securing a service expansion base for our existing customers providing inside sales outsourcing services, specifically targeting the Asian region.


TK International, based in Malaysia, provides marketing support and IT services to Japanese companies entering the ASEAN region to help them develop sales channels. TK International covers a wide range of phases for its clients, from the establishment of ASEAN business models to business development and expansion, and has supported the entry and growth of over 100 companies since its establishment.

TK International has also obtained MD status* (formerly known as MSC status), which gives it an advantage in recruiting foreign personnel in Malaysia, and also gives it a base from which to deploy its inside sales outsourcing services to the Asian headquarters functions of Bridge Group clients.

Bridge International Corp. has formed a capital alliance by acquiring shares equivalent to 10% of TK International's outstanding shares in 2022, and is providing services to the Group's clients in conjunction with TK International's digital marketing business.

Bridge International Corp will support TK International's development of new solutions through active investment of growth capital in TK International by making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
