TK International Sdn Bhd will start a POC of the bus location system with Srijengka Sdn Bhd, which operates a bus route in Pahang State, Malaysia.
Artisan Corporation, Artisan Okinawa Corporation, and TK International Sdn Bhd. will start a POC project of a bus location system with Srijengka Sdn Bhd., which operates bus routes in the Malaysian state of Pahang.
This project aims to eliminate the negative economic effects caused by traffic congestion in Malaysia by using the bus location system to grasp the actual operation status of buses and provide bus arrival prediction services to users. This will be verified as a solution to the issues faced by bus service operators and will lead to increased bus utilization and customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the demonstration experiment, we aim to put the bus location system into actual operation and promote its widespread use.
Srijengka Sdn Bhd, which operates buses in Pahang, has endorsed the project and expressed its willingness to cooperate in the verification experiment. With this agreement, the POC will begin on a local bus route.
